Early Spring in Ohio
At this time of year, we tend to get enthusiastic about the arrival of spring. But let’s not get too excited – spring doesn’t officially begin until March 20th and a lot can happen in the next few weeks!
Our tree and shrub crews are already busy applying dormant oil sprays to control insect hatch. Our lawn care technicians will be out soon, applying pre-emergent treatment for crabgrass and foxtail control.
March is typically a month in which we can experience 50 degrees and sunshine one day, followed by snow and ice two days later. Please be patient with our crews the next few weeks while we work through these temperature swings.
