Pest Control
Stop Pests Before They Cause Damage
Avoid Costly Problems in Your Home
Pests in and around your home can cause thousands of dollars in damage if you do not take a proactive approach to keep them out.
Exterior Perimeter Spray
This is the most effective and least invasive way to stop insect invasion into a structure. A liquid insecticide spray barrier is applied to the outside foundation of your home or business.
Any crawling insects are killed on contact. Ants, mites, pillbugs and earwigs are controlled for up to sixty days. Three to four bi-monthly sprays are recommended for season-long control in Ohio.
Mole Control
Talpirid is the product of choice for professional pest control operators. Bromethalin kills and therefore controls existing mole populations with a single treatment. Talpirid mimics the moles' favorite food source (earthworms) and the pest will be eliminated within a few days of ingestion.
A licensed pest control operator will inspect for active runs, install the bait and monitor future activity. A normal treatment cycle involves a minimum of two visits. The initial tunnel inspection and baiting is followed by a second treatment within 7-10 days. Neighbors with untreated populations may allow for reinfestation of active feeding tunnels on your property.
Flea and Tick Control
Fleas and ticks are two simple and easy insects to control and life cycles are a consideration with these seasonal pests. Cultural controls, along with communication with your veterinarian, will help alleviate these pests. A simple liquid lawn or tree application during the active pest season (summer) will control flea and tick populations. Feel free to speak with your lawn care, tree and shrub or pest control professional about these recurring pests.
